About IOP

跑狗论坛 Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides behavioral health services to individuals age 65 and above. IOP assists clients with symptoms of emotional or mental health conditions severe enough to significantly affect their daily functioning.

As a component of the patient鈥檚 continuum of care, IOP can serve individuals who may be too seriously ill for traditional outpatient treatment and whose symptoms are not severe enough to warrant inpatient treatment. In addition to assisting our clients, IOP staff work closely with the client鈥檚 other health care providers and family.

Who Might Benefit from IOP?

IOP serves individuals who have severe and persistent psychiatric conditions. IOP may also be helpful for those who are experiencing:

Unexplained change in appetite and sleeping habits accompanied by feelings of depression

Feelings of loneliness, helplessness or worthlessness

Crying without reason

Unresolved grief related to lifestyle change

Forgetfulness

Excessive worry and anxiety

Mild memory impairment

Psychological Testing

Clinic Staff

Staff available to service clients of 跑狗论坛 IOP include a Geropsychiatrist, Physician鈥檚 Assistant, Psychologist, Licensed Counselor, Registered Nurse, Patient Aid, and Clerical Workers.

Referrals

Anyone may make a referral to the IOP Clinic. This includes the patient, family, friend, primary care provider, home health nurses, nursing home staff, and other health care professionals.

Payment

跑狗论坛 IOP accepts Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and other forms of payment.
